K-12 Blended Learning Model
VirtualEDU offers a K-12 blended learning model that allows both online and in-person learning, providing students with the opportunity to learn alongside the same group of peers and teachers. This innovative approach to education allows for a more personalized and dynamic learning experience that caters to the unique needs of each individual student.
What is Blended Learning?
Our blended learning model combines the best of online and face-to-face instruction. In a blended learning environment, students have access to a variety of online learning materials and resources, such as videos, interactive activities, and assessments. They also attend in-person classes, where they receive real-time feedback and interact with their peers and teachers.
By leveraging the advantages of both online and in-person instruction, blended learning allows for greater flexibility and convenience without sacrificing the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
- Curriculum: Our project-based curriculum is interwoven with components that teach our children how to successfully create social change. By applying and expanding upon what they learn in the classroom, our students are able to make an impact in the real world.
- Experiences: Our scholars experience the best of both worlds through a combination of online and in-person learning.
- Career and Business Partnerships: Whether that’s going on to study locally, globally or moving into a paid apprenticeship program, your child will be
well-prepared for child to succeed in life, college and post-secondary training. - Supportive Environment: Our environment is affirming, engaging, and effective. Our scholars are supported both online and in-person so they receive the education they need, the way they need it.
- Location: The VIrtualEDU blended learning school is conveniently located in the Hopkins East Building, 5300 Glenwood Ave, Golden Valley, MN. It is next to Hopkins Meadowbrook Elementary and near Hwy. 100 and Glenwood Avenue.
It's like school, but in my opinion, way better. It’s more comfortable for me. The teachers really care about the students and they understand me.
